Utilities are items that can be crafted and placed, usually inside zones to access advanced actions, such as using a Mason's Bench to make stone items, or a Medicine Cabinet to augment healing rates inside a Hospital. When a utility is placed within an enclosed building complete with a roof, users gain a 25% time bonus (craft items 25% faster). Likewise when a utility is placed underground (level 0 or less), users gain a 15% time bonus.
